We thought you might want to know a little about us and how we ended up here so without getting too personal I will tell you how we came about and a short bio on everyone:

A long long time ago and far away (but not really) we used to work for a small RV dealer (that is true). That dealer came upon some financial difficulties and decided to close their business. Then we thought, well, now what? Since we all liked working together and knew each other so well we thought that maybe, just maybe, we could start up our own repair center and stick together.  Looking at the alternatives it made sense. We could sit around and collect unemployment or do something about it ourselves. We looked and looked for property but everything we found was either too big or too small.  Then we talked to the landlord of the space we used to work in and lo and behold he needed someone too! Well, we worked out a deal and then we moved in. We cleaned and we painted and we cleaned and we painted some more.  It took awhile to get the word out but thanks to our customers they have been more than helpful in spreading the word. We have been busy ever since. We give thanks every day things have worked out allowing us to stay together and stay employed in these hard times and we feel we are on the right track. So now you know!







ron
Ron is a total joy to work with. He is always cheerful and brings balance to a somewhat high strung team. I use that term loosely!  He has background with Alpenlite as a production worker in the process of building high end coaches.  He has a way of coming up with alternate solutions when we are faced with dilemmas. Ron is also our techy guy and helps me when I'm going crazy with internet problems.  Ron is avid movie buff and I don't think there has been a movie made that he doesn't own. He has a small dog, Cricket, that idolizes the ground he walks on and a bird called Jazz that laughes just like him and swears up a storm!

tim
Tim is an extreme perfectionist. I mean extreme. He will go to great lengths to be sure he has exceeded your expectations. Great customer service and a great attitude. He is the company clown and can deliver great movie lines to make us laugh and relive stress around here!  He loves hunting and fishing and if it isn't camoflauge he's not interested. He has a young daughter that his world revolves around and is very involved with her activities.  He also camps frequently so if anyone can relate to your camping scenarios it is him.  You will find him doing the great outdoors or spending time with his lovely daughter in his off time.
rob
Rob has unique talents. He can get greasy and work on chassis issues or he can do detailed intricate modifications and installations inside your coach. He has a background that stems from early beginnings doing high end upgrades on performance vehicles.  He is also a perfectionist but perfers to work away from the chaos in his own little world. You will find him inspecting part after part and takes the utmost care in working on your coach. He tends to have his list of customers who repeatedly have Rob tending to their RV's.  He has his garage band and plays the drums. His music preference leans toward heavy metal so I am sure our office country music drives him insane. You can find him four wheelin' in his off time and installing every modification possible to his Jeep. He has definitely made a difference around here and when I have a difficult repair he is quick to offer a solution!

julie
Julie is well just Julie. She has a great sense of humor and interacts well with the customers. She usually does the scheduling and much of the parts ordering. She loves to get seasonal and decorate the store. She looks for new sports team RV accessories for you. She also runs the specials throughout the store so if you see something on sale around here chances are Julie did it.  She has a daughter and two sons. Her youngest son is just a bit past the newborn stage and I don't know how she does it. Working here full time and taking care of a wee one.  Julie has worked hard to learn the RV industry and has become a great team player. She helps hold things together around here which isn't always easy for even the most experienced.  She keeps the atmosphere light and fun and is a big fan of country music.
